Why Florida, and why now
Courier work splits into two very different businesses. One is the on-demand parcel run — unpredictable, price-driven, and dominated by app dispatch. The other is contract logistics: the same route, the same window, every operating day, for an organization that cannot tolerate a miss.
The second business is the one worth building, and it is the one most local couriers are not set up to win. Contract work requires registrations, a capability statement, insurance documentation, and the operational discipline to run a route identically for years. Most operators never assemble that.
We built the Florida company around that requirement from the first day — a Florida corporation, federal contracting registration, and NAICS alignment in place before the first solicitation, rather than scrambled together after one appears.
