Statewide FloridaSAM.gov Registered
Courier and logistics, contract‑ready.
Same-day transport, scheduled route contracts, and specialized medical and legal courier service across all 67 Florida counties — run by a Florida corporation registered and ready to be written into a solicitation.
What we move
Nine service lines, one dispatch operation
From a sealed envelope against a filing deadline to palletized freight on a standing weekly run — handled by the same team, under the same chain-of-custody discipline.
Government contracting
Registered, incorporated, and ready to be named in a solicitation
Most courier companies lose government work before the evaluation starts — no SAM.gov registration, no capability statement, no NAICS alignment. We keep that paperwork current so a contracting officer can move straight to scope and price.

Who we move it for
Built around the industries where a late delivery has consequences
Coverage
All 67 counties. One contract.
Multi-region organizations usually end up stitching together three or four regional couriers, each with its own rate sheet, its own contact, and its own excuses. We cover the entire state from a single dispatch operation — one agreement, one point of contact, one rate structure.

Why EJM
What actually separates us
Contract-ready from day one
Active SAM.gov registration, Florida corporation, and four registered NAICS codes. We can be added to a solicitation without a scramble for paperwork.
Chain of custody on every run
Signature capture, timestamped pickup and delivery, and named-driver assignment. Sensitive freight is handled by the same driver end to end.
Statewide, single point of contact
One dispatch line and one account manager for all 67 counties. No regional handoffs, no renegotiating terms per market.
Built for recurring routes
Scheduled, repeatable runs are the core of the business — interoffice mail, lab specimens, pharmacy, and parts distribution on a fixed daily window.
How it works
From first call to a running route
- 01
Tell us the requirement
Call or send the scope — a solicitation number, a route description, or a single urgent shipment. We respond the same business day.
- 02
We quote in writing
A written rate against your actual scope: distance zone, service level, frequency, and any special handling. No surprise accessorial charges.
- 03
Route design and driver assignment
For recurring work we build the schedule around your pickup windows and assign a consistent driver who learns your facility and access requirements.
- 04
Run it, prove it, report it
Timestamped pickup and delivery with signature capture on every run. Proof of delivery on request, and scheduled reporting for contract accounts.
Questions
Straight answers
Something not covered here? Call and ask — we would rather answer it now than after a contract is signed.
Procurement questionsFor metro-direct runs we typically have a driver en route within the hour of a confirmed request. Regional and cross-state runs are dispatched the same business day. Scheduled routes run on a fixed window agreed at contract start.
Yes. Medical and laboratory transport is one of our core service lines. These runs are handled under chain-of-custody protocol — the same driver end to end, timestamped pickup and delivery, signature at handoff, and confidentiality obligations observed on any material containing patient information.
Pricing depends on distance zone, weight and dimensions, service level, and whether the work is one-time or a recurring route. Recurring route contracts price meaningfully better than on-demand. We quote in writing after a short scoping conversation — we do not publish a rate card because a wrong number helps neither of us.
Every delivery is recorded with a timestamp and a recipient signature. Proof of delivery is provided on request, and for contract accounts it can be included in a scheduled reporting package.
From an envelope to palletized freight. Cargo vans handle parcels and small pallets; box trucks handle multi-pallet and oversized loads that exceed parcel dimensions.
Yes, on request. Express, overnight, and weekend runs are dispatched outside standard dispatch hours. Let us know the requirement and we will confirm availability and pricing.
Yes. EJM Courier Solutions Inc is the Florida operation of the same ownership that has run EJM courier service in California. Florida work is dispatched and operated locally.
Tell us what needs to move, and when it needs to be there.
We respond the same business day — with a written quote, not a callback to schedule a callback.
